- In 2003, T-dimension was a new seller. If there were no customers trust us at the time, we would not carry on our business until now. So, we will not limit the first time eBay users who do not have any positive feedbacks. If you are one of the first time eBay users, we hope you can buy the things that you want in eBay. If you have any problems, you are welcomed to send an e-mail to us and we will try our best to help you. Also, please fully read this guide before placing a bid at our auctions.
- In all of our auctions, we have given a clear description. Such as available color, features, specification, package includes, shipping, payment method and so on. Please fully read the description so that you can know more about the product. When you bid it successfully, it means that you have a contract with us. We will not cancel any auctions if you do not have a very reasonable and good reason.
- Please pay for it after the bid! When you press the "Buy it now" in our shop, it means that you have decided to buy this item from us. Please pay for it and we will handle your case as soon as possible.

Extra postage is required to resend the item if the item is returned due to wrong address provided or unclaimed package from Customs or Post office
Please contact us for any amendments relating to order before making payment or item being sent. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from any amendments after item is dispatched
If the item is asked for sending to different address which is not registered on eBay /or PayPal, address will be checked or confirmed with eBay/PayPal/customers before dispatched, a short delay may be required. T-Dimension will not be responsible for any missing item.
Confirmation of lost delivery from Post office has to be provided for us to resend a new replacement or provide a full refund if item is lost in transit.
Proper packaging material will be used to protect the item and its original box; we'll not be responsible for any damage on the package box during delivery process.
Postage is not negotiable. If you do not agree, do not bid. No combined shipping cost with other auctions even we will ship it together.
Combined shipping is not offered. Buyer needs to pay shipping for every item he bids and we'll offer postage discounts instead.

The item is warranted by T-Dimension for a period of 1, 2, 5 or 8 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair and / or adjustment. For LCD/ DVD players, 1 year warranty service will be provided. MACK warranty is optional upon purchase.
Warranty cannot be transferred, extended or shortened.
Special Exception (the items that are not covered in our warranty)
- Most of the accessories would not be covered in our warranty except memory card, remote controller, battery grip, flash light and shutter releases.
- The software, driver (CD-ROM), firmware, guidebook and the correlative installation.
- The cleaning of the image sensor, lens or the other products.
- For digital cameras and DVs, fewer than 3 dead or light pixels are considered to be normal. Dead or light pixels on the display panels that exceed the manufacturer specifications. A new replacement will be provided if there are 3 or more dead or light pixels on the central position of the display (within 7 days upon arrival of the item). For LCD screens, as all of the products are tested before dispatch, dead pixels problems are very rare, they are therefore not warranted.
Express courier will be arranged for picking up faulty item if it is necessary. For any item returned which is proved damaged, after repair, item will be shipped back and postage is covered by T-Dimension. Please follow our instruction for returning back the item. You should pack the product very carefully to avoid any damaged during the shipping. We will not be responsible for any missing item, which is not instructed to be sent. For LCD/DVD (products sold using mobileseller8 account, warranty return pickup service is not provided, but 7 days replacement return freight cost will be provided). If customers are applicable for replacement service, when returning the faulty item, accessories, including cables, mounting plates, manuals, etc are not required to be included.
T-dimension Ltd will not be responsible for loss of data, film, or consequential damages occasioned by the equipment or by breach of any express or implied warranty with respect thereto.
Please contact us immediately if any content is missing, item has been damaged or other problem upon arrival of the item. The items will not be covered in our warranty if you have asked a repair store for repairing by yourself.
We will pay parts, return and resend postage, labor cost for the repair of the manufacture fault and the production fault.
*This only applies to camera, lenses, flashlights, and light meters.
New replacement will only be provided within 7 days upon arrival of the item. Please test the product thoroughly after you receive it, after 7 days, repair service instead of replacement will be provided.
This warranty is void if the product shows evidence of impact, sand, liquid, or moisture damage; dropping, contrary to the applicable instruction manual. Further, this warranty does not cover damages, defects or unsatisfactory performance caused by the use or attachment of lenses, flashes, or other accessories not recommended or distributed by T-dimension Ltd or by repair performed by other than T-dimension Ltd or recommended parties.
For fine tuning of focus and aperture of lenses, as it is not considered to be fault, and to save time for returning and resending the lens, customers are advised to contact their local manufacturer's service centre, and most of these services are free of charge.
The products are not under warranty or the customers have to pay for the repair fee in the following situations:
- Loss or damage of any data.
- Normal wears and tear.
- Correction of errors or updates by any non-T-dimension Ltd or the proprietary software from original manufacturer.
- Incorrect operation, abuse, mishandling, accident, failure, storage of the product, or using the product in abnormal conditions.
- Damage caused by human being, such as crash, fire, accident, exposure to liquid, water entry or pollution, flooding, bad weather conditions, infiltration of foreign particles.
- We may not clean or repair the items that which are faults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness or corrosion, leaky batteries.
- A contravene of the items and conditions of this warranty or the similar terms.
- Does not follow our instruction or the guidebook to use the product.
- Intentional damage, neglect or negligence by anyone other than us.
- The product which is not approved by us, or if you have made any changes to your operating or network system.
- Any damages which caused by any other item of hardware or software which you added to the product that was not included in the contract.
- External causes out of our control, which may include any accidents, such as fire accident, flooding, car accident and so on.
- Connect with other accessories, equipments or other software that are not recommended by the original manufacturer or us.
- Modify the product or/and software, by someone rather than our company or the original manufacturer.
- Use of any replaceable or spare parts that are not made or recommended by that manufacturer.
- Damage of serial number plate/label on the item's body.

Note for Waterproof casings/bags
- Warranty does not cover the repair of an item, which is allowed to be used in the water, which is faulty due to water damage. We suggest the user to read carefully and follow all the instructions in the user manual.
- Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human. Our decision will be based on the conclusion of our repairman. We promise that we will try our best to repair the items for you.
If a warranty card is posted with the product, you should keep it very carefully. It is because the warranty card must be shown for any item returned.
It is also better for you to make a note of your product's serial number because it should be quoted in any communication with T-dimension.
We may choose a replacement for you if the cost of repair is unreasonably expensive or not economical. If the product is not in brand new conditions, we may choose to replace it with a similar product with the same or greater value. We will also give a special offer to you if the item cannot be fully repaired.
Faulty item will take approximately 1.5 months for repair and shipping if parts or components are available.
If the product that you bought is out of order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com, all emails will be replied promptly.
The email should include the following information:
- Date of purchase
- eBay user ID
- Serial number of the item
- Detailed description of the fault

When testing DVD players, please use scratch-free and copyrighted discs. We'll not be responsible for damages caused by other discs.
Test the system before installing into your car, as it may be troublesome to uninstall a faulty system.
Color will be based on the actual product, T-Dimension will not provide replacement due to color issues.
