TermsProfessional CoverageThis Service Contract is designed for individuals who use high end equipment for business or recreation. Your Mack Camera Extended Service Contract covers manufacturer defects that can result in the loss of operation to your equipment. The Mack Camera Extended Service Contract will cover parts and labor for the life of the Extended Service Contract plan at no additional charge to you, truly making this Extended Service Contract a smart investment for your equipment. Professional coverage also provides you with expedited repair service.Please remember, this Service Contract does not cover equipment which has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. Accessories are not covered under the terms of the Service Contract.
How to claimThe service contract must be purchased and registered within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. The contract will be shipped to you by registered airmail. But we will also send a soft copy of the contract to your email address so you can register it on time. If your equipment requires any repair or service, you will have to contact MACK to obtain a Repair Authorization Number in order to arrange for the service.Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
