Diamond Coverage
The Diamond Contract provides additional coverage that our other contracts do not offer. This exclusive contract covers malfunctions including impact, grit, and customer misuse. This Service Contract applies only to the product registered. It does not cover removable flashes, batteries, loss of film, cracked lens elements and cosmetic repairs.
How to claim
The service contract must be purchased and registered within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment hereunder is purchased. The contract will be shipped to you by registered airmail. But we will also send a soft copy of the contract to your email address so you can register it on time. If your equipment requires any repair or service, you will have to contact MACK to obtain a Repair Authorization Number in order to arrange for the service.
Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international shipping and for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon Customs clearance.
