Warranty

l The item is warranted by T-Dimension.com for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair and / or adjustment. Some of the lenses have 8 years warranty service. Please contact us for more details.

l Warranty cannot be transferred, extended or shortened. Accessories, which are bundled, are not covered.

l Express (DHL) courier will be arranged for picking up faulty item if it is necessary. For any item returned which is proved damaged, after fixation, item will be shipped back. For most of the country, postage will be full covered by T-Dimension.com¹. Please follow our instruction for returning back the item. We will not be responsible for any missing item, which is not instructed to be sent.

l T-Dimension.com will not be responsible for loss of film, other expense or inconvience, or consequential damages occasioned by the equipment or by breach of any express or implied warranty with respect thereto.

l Please contact us immediately if any content is missing, item has been damaged or other problem upon arrival of the item.

l New replacement will only be provided within 7 days upon arrival of the item.

l This warranty is void if the product shows evidence of impact, sand, liquid, or moisture damage; dropping, contrary to the applicable instruction manual. Further, this warranty does not cover damages, defects or unsatisfactory performance caused by the use or attachment of lenses, flashes, or other accessories not recommended or distributed by T-Dimension.com or by repair performed by other than T-Dimension.com or recommended parties.

l Faulty item will take approximately 1.5 months for fixation and shipping if parts or components are available.
