What is suitable box?
Please use a suitable box which is a bit bigger than the item you are going to send. For compact camera, the original box should be alright.I got the smallest box!!
Other than the basic shipping cost, T-Dimension would not charge extra service fee for delivery services under normal Circumstances.
What is good protection material?
Bubble wrap and sponge are good protection materials. Please do not put towel and paper towel into the box. If possible, please put the package into the plastic bag provided by DHL courier.What should be inside the box?
Please only put the faulty item into the box. All other accessories, manual and memory card can be taken out if they are working fine. If the battery that your item requires is not AA battery, please have it charged and send along with the item.
Let your item stay in a safe and comfortable box. It's very important to choose for a suitable size for your camera in order to prevent shocking and impact to your camera while it's on the plane.
