Part 2 -- How to arrange for the pickup?

go to http://www.fedex.com for other locations to arrange the pick-up service.
Which day we can arrange for the pick-up?
You can ask them come to pick-up your parcel from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday pickups are not advised.
How to fill the waybill form?
Fedex will provide you the form when they come to pickup. Please follow the instruction on the picture below to fill in the form:(The Form maybe varie from different country)
Where is the invoice?
You will also need to prepare invoices for sending the item. You can click here for a template of a proforma invoice. Please prepare 4 sets of invoice (As there maybe different custom policy in different country, you may contact local Fedex to confirm how many sets will be needed.)
Everything is done. Just wait for the date you arranged for the pick-up. Please advise the airway bill number after you have sent us the item.
