Return Policy

T-Dimension offers a 7 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY* only if the item is found with mechanical defects. The defective item will be exchanged for the same or similar product only if the return guidelines are followed:

• The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturer packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals etc. Item must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage
• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping and shipped via traceable means. Each box must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization ** (RMA) number
• Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Charges are not refundable

*Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 2 days from delivered date and returned to T-Dimension within 3 days. Delays on reporting problem of product will not be followed. After 3 days of DOA, items will be treated as product defect after use and warranty terms will be followed. DOA is determined as the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system

** E-mail us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from their original date of issue. Returned packages without an RMA number or with an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted or followed
